Friendly Fire, our upcoming short film, follows Reed and Gabriel after encounter each other at a party and struggle to look past their trauma to salvage the remains of their tenuous relationship. This film examines the emotional repression many young men carry, the pressure to be composed, productive, strong and how that pressure slowly erodes intimacy.
Set against the restless energy of New York City, Friendly Fire is an intimate, 15-minute dramatic confrontation exploring masculinity, vulnerability, pride, and the painful evolution of male friendship.
